Cats have super vision!

Can cats develop a form of 'super-vision'. There is a theory among cat behaviourists that the domestic cat has lost its once acute sense of hearing. This was perfected in the wild to listen for prey and danger now the domesticated cat has little fear of attack may have rewired its brain to compensate and developed this super sight. Deaf cats are known to have an enhanced ability to observe moving objects. The findings of the Centre for Brain and Mind at the University of Western Ontario has researched the possibilities and Professor Lomber has said 'The (cat) brain wants to compensate for the lost sense with enhancement.' This super cat phenomenon is explored in 'The Tenth Life' a novel by Michael J Owen available on KIndle and Amazon now.
